Development of intellectual capital in knowledge management

Abstract:

Rigorózní práce „Rozvoj intelektuálního kapitálu ve znalostním managementu“ se zabývá koncepcí učící se organizace, vyzdvihuje význam intelektuálního kapitálu v organizacích, popisuje důležité aspekty vlivu organizační kultury na učení. Východiskem pro empirickou část, která je zaměřena na Moravskou zemskou knihovnu, jsou teoretické koncepce procesu vzdělávání a identifikace potřeb učení a vzdělávání v organizacích. Aby mohla být naplňována koncepce celoživotního učení knihovníků, je potřeba koordinovat - integrovat vzdělávací nabídky a vytvořit standardy v oblasti dalšího profesního vzdělávání knihovníků a informačních pracovníků.

Abstract:

The rigorous thesis „Development of intellectual capital in knowledge management“ deal with conception „Learning organizations“, accentuates the importance of intellectuall capital in organizations, describes important aspects of influence the organizational culture in a system of education. The way out for an experimental part of this diploma work, which is intent on Moravská zemská knihovna, are theoretic conceptions of system of education and identification of needs in learning and education in organization. If the conception of librarians full - life education should be realized then the offer of education must be coordinated and integrated and there must by created standards in next education of librarians and informatice workers.
