Getting out of debt as a form of legal proceedings

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje a rozebírá důsledek změn, způsobených přijetím zákona č.182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon), publikovaného ve Sbírce zákonů dne 9. května 2006 oproti původně platnému zákonu č.328/1991 Sb. o konkursu a vyrovnání. Metodou je forma teoretického rozboru jednotlivých částí tohoto zákona, tak i popis konsekvencí jeho uplatňování v praxi s akcentem na část vymezující moţnosti řešení osobních finančních problémů dlužníků- nepodnikatelů

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the effect of changes resulting from enactment č.182/2006 Coll. On bankruptcy and its solution (Insolvency Law), published in the Official Gazette on 9 May 2006 instead of the originally applicable law č.328/1991 Coll. on Bankruptcy and Settlement Act. The method is a form of theoretical analysis of the various parts of the Act and description of the implications, its practical application with emphasis on defining the possibilities of solving personal financial problems of borrowers, non-entrepreneurs.
