Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the need of the international company located in the Czech Republic with the headquarter located in Germany to fulfill the gap in its portfolio by creating the concept of the intercultural training for employees going for their job abroad in order to work in the mother company located in Germany. The field for the survey is to increase the intercultural competence of the employees working in the international teams or travelling within their position, i.e. to find out their expectations in regard of the intercultural training. The theoretical part is built on the explanation of basic terms related to the intercultural competence, its understanding and adopting. The intercultural training´s part has been created in order to understand the cultural standards of the training and a research has been made to find out what kind of intercultural training is being offered currently. The practical part concentrates on analyzing the filled questionnaires from all participants and on proposing a concept considering participants needs and requests.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou potřeby mezinárodní společnosti v České republice se sídlem v Německé spolkové republice vyplnit mezeru ve svém portfoliu a vytvořit koncept interkulturního tréninku pro zaměstnance, kteří v rámci společnosti vycestují pracovat do mateřské společnosti v Německu. Výzkum se soustředí na zvýšení interkulturní kompetence zaměstnanců společnosti pracujících v mezinárodních týmech nebo cestujících v rámci své pozice do mateřské společnosti, resp. na očekávání jednotlivých zaměstnanců, která jsou spojena s interkulturním tréninkem. Teoretická část je založena na vyjasnění základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu interkulturní kompetence, jejího pochopení a osvojení. Část interkulturní trénink byla vytvořena za účelem pochopení kritérií interkulturního tréninku a odkazuje na výzkum nabídky spojené s interkulturním tréninkem. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vyplněných dotazníků všech účastníků a nabízí koncept takového tréninku, který zohledňuje přání a požadavky jednotlivých dotázaných.
