Tato diplomová práce se zabývá maternální kontaminací vzorků plodových vod a choriových klků, které se využívají v prenatální genetické diagnostice. Příměs mateřských buněk (potažmo DNA) ve fetálním vzorku může komplikovat interpretaci výsledků vyšetření. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of maternal contamination in amniotic fluid and chorionic villus samples, which are used in prenatal genetic diagnostics. Addition of maternal cells (or DNA) in the fetal sample may complicate the interpretation of the test results.
