Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice fungování dvou konkrétních symfonických orchestrů v Ostravě a Bruselu. Srovnává organizační struktury, lidské i finanční zdroje, manažerské přístu-py a výstupy umělecké i manažerské činnosti obou těles v kontextu jejich historie, okolí a na pozadí plošného výzkumu evropských orchestrů.
Abstract:
The piece concerns working of two concrete symphonic orchestras in Ostrava, CZ and Brussels, BE. It compares organizational structures, human and financial resources, management approaches and outputs of both artistic and management work of both ensembles in the context of their history, environment and on the background of an all-over survey among European or-chestras.
