Abstract:
V diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění dluhu. V dílčích kapitolách se postupně věnuje jednotlivým institutům zajištění dluhu. Stručně popisuje jejich historii, probírá současnou legislativu, hodnotí specifika jednotlivých institutů, jejich výhody a nevýhody. U každého druhu zajištění dluhu zdůraznuje jeho nedokonalosti a případné chyby nebo nedostatky právní úpravy. Shrnuje celkový pohled …more
Abstract:
This Thesis deals with the issue of securing debt. In individual chapters, it gradually pay attention to debt securing institutes. It briefly wrote about their history, about their current legislation, evaluated their specifics, advantages and disadvantages.
