Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivizací občanů starostou a ostatními zastupiteli při povodni v ČR. Popisuje pojmy související s povodněmi, vývoj povodní. V praktické části je posouzen současný stav protipovodňové ochrany města.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with activation of citizens of the mayor and other representatives by impending flood in the Czech Rupublic. It describes expressions hanging with floods, progress of floods. In the practical part is assessed the current state of flood protection of the town.
