Employee Benefits: Implementation of a Cafeteria System in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zavedení cafeteria systému ve zkoumané společnosti. Návrh byl vytvořen na základě analýzy cafeteria systému, dále pak analýzy moţností zavedení cafeteria systému z hlediska nákladů a efektivity. Výsledný návrh byl zpracován za vyuţití informací z vlastního výzkumu, skládajícího se z osobních rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. První část této práce je věnována teoretickému přehledu problematiky zaměstnaneckých výhod, jejich základnímu členění a popisu cafeteria systému. V druhé části je představena zkoumaná společnost s její současnou nabídkou benefitů, výsledky vlastního výzkumu a principy praktického fungování on-line cafeteria systému na příkladě aplikace mojeBenefity.cz. Poslední kapitola je věnována výslednému návrhu cafeteria systému pro zkoumanou společnost, vyuţívající výsledků výzkumu a dalších cenných informací.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of a cafeteria system in the examined company. The proposal was based on the analysis of the cafeteria system, and analysis of the possibility of implementation of a cafeteria system cost and effectiveness. The final proposal was prepared using information from own research, consisting of personal interviews and survey. The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical summary of employee benefits, their basic structure and description of the cafeteria system. In the second part, the examined company with its current range of benefits is introduced, as well as the results of own research and practical functionality of an on-line cafeteria system application mojeBenefity.cz. The last chapter is devoted to the final proposal of the cafeteria system in the examined company, using the results of research and other valuable information.
