Integration of pupils with developmental dysphasia in mainstream school

Abstract:

Komunikace je složitý proces přenosu informací, který má významný vliv na rozvoj osobnosti. V souvislosti s komunikací můžeme mluvit o mnoha komunikačních potřebách a motivech. Kromě verbální komunikace známe ještě složku neverbální, která výrazně dotváří obsah sdělení. Řeč je specificky lidskou schopností, která není vrozená, ale rozvíjí se až při verbálním styku s mluvícím okolím. Předpokladem správného vývoje řeči je intelekt a sluch v normě, vrozená míra nadání pro jazyk, adekvátní prostředí a absence poškození centrální nervové soustavy. Narušený vývoj řeči chápeme jako systémové narušení jedné nebo více oblastí vývoje řeči u dítěte s ohledem na jeho chronologický věk, přičemž deficity se mohou projevovat ve všech čtyřech jazykových rovinách. Problematika specificky narušeného vývoje řeči úzce souvisí s problematikou poruch centrálního zpracování řečového signálu.

Abstract:

Communication is a complex process of information transmission which is significant for the personality development. We can talk about many communication needs and motivations in connection with communication. Apart from the verbal communication, we moreover know the non-verbal component which completes the content of the announcement. Speech is an unique human ability which is not inborn, however, it develops up to verbal contact with talking environment. There are several prerequisites for the correct speech development such as standard intellect and hearing, inborn degree of language aptitude, sufficient environment and absence of central nervous system damage. We understand disrupted speech development as a system disruption of one or more speech development areas of a child concerning its chronological age whereas the deficits can appear in all four language levels. The issue of specifically disrupted speech development is closely connected with matters of central speech signal processing disorders.
