The Lifelong learning and the Unemployment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce vychází z předpokladu, že nezaměstnanost a celoživotní učení spolu souvisí. Nejprve se v teoretických kapitolách zaměřuje na celoživotní učení a nezaměstnanost, což nabízí hledání vztahů mezi tématy a vzniká tak téma zabývající se problematikou celoživotního učení nezaměstnaného jedince. Empirická část práce, která navazuje na část teoretickou, zjišťuje, zda nezaměstnaní jedinci pociťují potřebu vyhledávat celoživotní vzdělávání, které je rozděleno na formální, neformální a informální, jaké motivy a bariéry jejich potřebu ovlivňují a zkoumá vliv faktorů, jako je pohlaví, věk, délka nezaměstnanosti a dosažené vzdělání, na potřebu nezaměstnaných jedinců vstoupit do celoživotního učení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is based on the assumption that an unemployment and a lifelong learning are correlative. First, the theoretical chapters focus on the lifelong learning and the unemployment, which offers a searching for relations between this themes. A topic dealing with the issue of the unemployed individual´s lifelong learning arises. The empirical part of the thesis, which is built on the theoretical part, inquires whether unemployed individuals feel the need of the lifelong learning, what sort of motives and barriers have an influence on their need. It also researches the influence of factors, such as a gender, an age, the length of an unemployment and the level of their education, on the unemployed people´s need for the lifelong learning.
