Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců mezinárodní společnosti. Teoretická část definuje jednotlivé pojmy, jako jsou typy motivací, dělení motivů, motivační typy lidí, proces motivace nebo zdroje motivace. Vymezuje rozdíl mezi pojmy stimul, stimulace a motiv, motivace. Součástí praktické části je výzkum motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců v konkrétní společnosti. …more

This thesis deals with the problem of motivation and engagement of employees in international company.
