Autorka se v bakalářské práci zaměřuje na spokojenost zaměstnanců ve věku nad 60 let ve společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The author's bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction of employees over 60 years of age in company XY. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
