Taxes from the Perspective of a Tradesman; Duties, Fees and Penalties Related to the Establishment and Course of the Trade X

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daně postihující fyzické osoby. V teoretické části je rozebrána poměrná část daňové soustavy, potřebná pro následnou analýzu daňové povinnosti budoucího živnostníka X. Zmíněny jsou také skutečnosti relevantní pro daného živnostníka, tj. stručný přehled ze živnostenského zákoníku a další platební povinnosti ve formě poplatků. V praktické části jsou aplikovány jednotlivé daně na danou fyzickou osobu, optimalizovány daňové povinnosti, rozebrána povinnost odvodů a poplatků. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny alternativní řešení vzniku čajovny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on taxes which touch the individuals. In the theoretical part is analyzed the relative part of the tax system needed for following analysis of tax duty of a future tradesman X. There are mentioned facts which are relevant for the tradesman, such as brief outline from the Trade Code and other obligations of payment in the form of charges. There are applied each taxes for the given individual, optimized the tax obligations and discussed the duty of payments and fees in the practical part. The alternative solutions of establishment the teahouse are in the conclusion.
