Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje praktická východiska stresu u vyššího managementu. V teoretické části popisuje problematiku stresu a syndromu vyhoření. V praktické části realizuje ve sledované oblasti výzkumné šetření. Identifikuje faktory, které stres u managerů vyvolávají a navrhuje možnost zvládání situací pod stresem tak, aby nebyl pracovní výkon a zdraví managerů těmito faktory negativně ovlivněn. Výstupem práce bude vytvoření nejúčinnější strategie pro zvládání práce pod zvýšeným stresem u managerů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyses the practical sources of stress in senior management. In the theoretical part, it describes the issue of stress and burnout syndrome. In the practical part, it carries out a research investigation in the monitored area. It identifies factors that cause stress in managers and suggests the possibility of handling situations under stress so that the work performance and health of managers are not negatively affected by these factors. The output of the work will be the creation of the most effective strategy for managing work under increased stress for managers.

Táto diplomová práca analyzuje praktické východiská stresu u vyššieho managementu. V teoretickej časti popisuje problematiku stresu a syndrómu vyhorenia. V praktickej časti realizuje v sledovanej oblasti výskumné šetrenie. Identifikuje faktory, ktoré stres u managerov vyvolávajú a navrhuje možnosť zvládania situácií pod stresom tak, aby nebol pracovný výkon a zdravie managerov týmito faktormi negatívne ovplyvnený. Výstupom práce bude vytvorenie najúčinnejšej stratégie na zvládanie práce pod zvýšeným stresom u managerov.
