A Feasibility Study of a Control and Informatics System for an Intelligent Building \nl{}

Abstract:

Práce seznamuje čtenáře s inteligentními budovami, a to s postupným vývojem, až k využívání nejmodernějších technologií a poznatků z oblasti informačních technologií. Zabývá se přínosy pro obyvatele domu, komunikačním řešením a zabezpečením. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé prvky, typy aktorů, senzorů, a propojovacích článků, které systém tvoří jako jeden celek. Poznatky z problematiky jsou užity v praktické části, k návrhu systému, jako funkčního celku, s ohledem na jednoduchost, funkčnost a bezpečnost. Nakonec je provedeno technické a ekonomické vyhodnocení typového řešení. Závěr obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných poznatků.

Abstract:

This thesis introduces the reader to the intelligent buildings, its progressive evolution and the use of the most recent modern technologies and knowledge from the field of information technologies. It also follows up the residents benefits, communication solution and security. The individual elements are described further in the thesis, as well as the types of actors, sensors and interconnectors, all of which form the system as a unit altogether. All the knowledge is then used in the practical part to design the system as a operational unit, considering simplicity, functionality and safety. Technical and economical evaluation of the solution is done in the end. The conclusion evaluates the knowledge I have learned.
