Abstract:
V teoretické části práce jsou vymezovány pojmy operativní, finanční a zpětný leasing, dále jsou rozebírány jednotlivé funkce leasingu, což jsou funkce: pořizovací, užívací a kapitálová. Je poukazováno na rozdílné vnímání vlastnictví u leasingu. Práce umožňuje nahlédnout do procesu sjednávání leasingu, na leasingovou smlouvu a na další běžné metody financování investic. In the thesis there are defined terms operative, financial leasing and leaseback, furthermore there are analysed following functions of leasing: the function of purchase, the function of use and the function of capital in the theoretical part.
