Evaluation of the transformation process of the Home for people with a health disability

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dosavadními zkušenostmi zaměstnanců s transformací, u vybrané pobytové služby pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem diplomové práce, je zjistit za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu, jak vnímají zaměstnanci vybraného pobytového zařízení v Moravskoslezském kraji - Domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením transformaci a zda ji hodnotí jakou přínosnou pro klienty a sebe samé. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, v rámci kterých jsou blíže specifikovány oblasti mentálního postižení, pohled společnosti na tyto osoby, sociální služby pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a transformace pobytových sociálních služeb. Empirická část diplomové práce je složena rovněž ze čtyř kapitol, obsahující metodologii, analýzu výsledků výzkumu, diskusi, shrnutí a závěr výsledků výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the current experience of employees with the transformation, at a selected residence service for persons with disabilities, in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out with the help of quantitative research how the employees of the selected residential facility in the Moravian-Silesian Region - the Home for Persons with Disabilities perceive the transformation and whether they evaluate it as beneficial for clients and themselves. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters, within which the areas of mental disability, society's view of these persons, social services for persons with disabilities and the transformation of residential social services are specified in more detail. The empirical part of the thesis also consists of four chapters, containing methodology, analysis of research results, discussion, summary and conclusion of research results.
