Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma Vliv insolvence a reorganizace podniku na řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem je tedy pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů zjistit, jaký dopad měla krize ve zkoumaném podniku XY na zaměstnance, jak krizi vnímali, co se pro ně změnilo a čemu všemu museli čelit.
