Fast-track Surgery among Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat stávající důkazy o využití fast-track protokolu neboli ERAS (enhanced recovery after surgery) protokolu u ortopedických pacientů s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu, z důvodu zjištění, zda protokol vede k lepší efektivitě ošetřovatelské péče nežli stávající konvenční terapie. Metodou průzkumu byla metoda praxe založené na důkazu.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the current evidence of implementing the fast-track protocol or ERAS (enhanced recovery after surgery), the protocol used among orthopedic patiens after total hip replacement. The protocol has the ability to faciliate more effective nursing care than current methods of therapy. This study has the characteristics of an evidence-based practise project.
