Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá programem rozvoje komunity v organizaci Society Biliki, která se nachází v Gruzii. Jejím cílem je zjistit důvody vzniku tohoto programu a jak je program realizován. První část práce se věnuje vymezení jednotlivých pojmů, které souvisí s komunitní prací (pojmy komunita, komunitní pracovník, modely a principy komunitní práce), a nastínění kontextu chudoby v Gruzii a situace v Shida Kartli regionu. V další kapitole je popsána praktická část. Práce je zpracována formou případové studie, tato část práce tedy vysvětluje, co to případová studie je. Jsou v ní zahrnuty metody sběru dat, jejich analýza a samotné výsledky analýzy, tedy i výzkumu.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis deals with the community development program in an organization called Society Biliki in Georgia. This thesis aims to find out the reasons for the creation of this program and how the program is realized. The first part of the thesis defines individual terms related to community work (community, community worker, models and principles of community work) and outlines the context of poverty in Georgia and the situation in Shida Kartli region. The following chapter describes the practical part of the thesis. The research is processed in the form of a case study, so this chapter explains what the case study is and presents the methods of data collection, their analysis, as well as the results.
