Tématem bakalářské práce je nabídka a kvalita gastronomických služeb. The theme of this dissertation is offer and quality services in gastronomy. The aim of this dissertation is analysis and comparison of selected restaurants in Prague 2 based on predetermined criteria and results of mystery shopping and make recommenditations for both restaurants.
