Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem vyživovací povinnosti, přičemž je detailně zaměřena na vyživovací povinnost mezi manžely, rozvedenými manžely, registrovanými partnery a registrovanými partnery po zrušení partnerství. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Po úvodní kapitole následuje obecné vymezení vyživovací povinnosti. V této kapitole je popsán historický vývoj právní úpravy tohoto institutu …more

The diploma thesis deals with the institute of maintenance obligations with a detailed focus on the maintenance obligations between husbands, divorced husbands, registered partners and registered partners after the cancellation of the partnership.
