The content of the leisure activities of children of police officers who, following the example of their parents, want to become a police officer

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je „Náplň volnočasových aktivit dětí policistů a policistek, kteří se chtějí stát policisty a motivace, která je k tomu vede“. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část je složena ze tří kapitol a několika dalších podkapitol. V prví kapitole se čtenář dočte o historii volného času, práce představí, co je to volný čas, jaké jsou jeho funkce a cíle, a v neposlední řadě se čtenář seznámí s pracovníky volného času. Druhá kapitola pojednává o motivaci jako takové a také o druzích motivace. Třetí a zároveň poslední kapitola teoretické části je zasvěcena Policii České republiky – její úkoly, vedení, dělení aj., dále také přijímacímu řízení k PČR, jednotlivě jsou v této kapitole popsány kroky, kterými uchazeč o místo u PČR musí projít před samotným ustanovením, a v poslední části třetí kapitoly jsou zmíněny střední policejní školy u nás v ČR.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "The content of leisure activities of the children of male and female police officers who want to become police offic-ers and the motivation that leads them to do so". The work consists of two parts – theoretical and research. The theoretical part consists of three chapters and sever-al other subsections. In the first chapter, the reader will learn about the history of leisure time, what is leisure time at all, what are its functions and goals, and last but not least, the reader will get to know the workers of leisure time. The second chapter deals with motivation as such and also with types of motivation. The third and last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the Police of the Czech Republic – its tasks, leadership, divisions, etc., as well as the recruitment process for the Police, this chapter describes the individual steps that an applicant for a position at the Police must go through before by the provision itself, and in the last part of the third chapter secondary police schools in the Czech Republic are mentioned.
