Abstract:

Má diplomová práce nese název " Důchodová reforma, pojistné na sociálním a zdravotním pojištění a souvislosti s daní z příjmu ze závislé činnosti". Cílem práce je charakterizovat současnou důchodovou reformu a zhodnotit, zda důchodová reforma 2013 zabrání propadu důchodů. Práce je koncipována do 4 částí. První část obsahuje popis, charakteristiku a dělení sociálního zabezpečení. Ve druhé části se zabývám daní z příjmů fyzických osob a vším, co ji tvoří. Část třetí věnuji samotné důchodové reformě a charakteristice všech tří pilířů. Poslední část je praktická a tvoří ji výpočty modelových situací. Zvolila jsem osoby v různém věku a s různými příjmy, následně jsem řešila, který způsob spoření je v rámci budoucího důchodu pro ně nejvýhodnější.

Abstract:

My thesis is entitled " Pension reform, premium for social and health instance and the connection with tax on income from employment". The aim of thesis is to characterize the current pension reform and to determine if pension reform 2013 will preven fall income. The thesis is dividend into 4 parts. The first section contains a description, characteraziation and division of social security. Second part describes the taxation of personal income tax and all thein parts. The third part concentrates on the pension reform and the characteristics of all free pillars. The last part is practical and contains calculations of model situations. I choe people at different ages and with different incomes, then I dealt with that way of savings in the kontext of future income for them the most. According to available information, I concluded that pension reform will not prevent the dechne of pension. Pension reform in 2013 is inefficient and ineffective.
