Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá institucemi prezidenta ve Spojených státech amerických a Francouzské republice. Tyto instituce jsou zkoumány prostřednictvím analýzy jejich vztahu k výkonné, zákonodárné a soudní moci, způsobu ustavení a odvolání a postavení v oblastech zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky s využitím primárních a především sekundárních zdrojů. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the presidential institutions in the United States of America and French Republic.
