Evaluation of Communication Tools and Proposal of Communication Strategy of the Kroměříž City

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení komunikačních nástrojů a navržení komunikační strategie města Kroměříž. Teoretická část této diplomové práce se orientuje především na detailní popis teoretických východisek, která se vztahují k oblasti komunikace a komunikačních strategií měst a obcí. Cílem praktické části je podat přehled o existujících strategických dokumentech města Kroměříž a analyzovat současný stav komunikačních nástrojů využívaných městem Kroměříž. Na základě všech zjištěných skutečností byl vytvořen návrh komunikační strategie města Kroměříž, který je součástí projektové části. Tento návrh může umožnit lepší komunikaci města se všemi cílovými skupinami, přispět k zapojení občanů do dění ve městě či k získávání zpětné vazby, která je pro budoucí rozvoj měst klíčová.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of communication tools and the proposal of communication strategy of the Kroměříž city. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis focuses mainly on a detailed description of the theoretical basis, which relate to the field of communication and communication strategies of cities and municipalities. The aim of the practical part is to provide an overview of the existing strategic dokument of the city of Kroměříž and to analyse the current state of communication tools used by the city of Kroměříž. All the gained information led to the creation the proposal of communication strategy of the Kroměříž city, which is a part of the project part. This proposal can enable better communication between the city and all target groups, contribute to the involvement of citizens in the city or to obtain feedback, which is crucial for the future development of cities.
