The influence of corporate culture on human resource management

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání názorů řadových pracovníků a manažerů na vliv firemní kultury na různé aspekty v jejich zaměstnání. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli firemní kultura ovlivňuje řízení lidských zdrojů, a jestli má z manažerského hlediska smysl věnovat jí zvýšenou pozornost. V první části práce je zpracována literární rešerše o firemní kultuře a řízení lidských zdrojů, která má za úkol čtenáře uvést do tématu. V metodické části je popsáno vyhotovení dotazníku a vyhodnocování získaných dat. Zároveň je zde zpracována také etická část práce. Dále jsou odprezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření převážně formou grafů a tabulek. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky celého šetření a jsou zde uvedeny oblasti firemní kul-tury, které respondenti považovali za nejvíce problematické.

Abstract:

This work focused on examining the views of ordinary workers and managers on the influence of corporate culture on various aspects of their employment. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the corporate culture influences the management of human resources, and whether it makes sense from a managerial point of view to pay increased attention to it. The first part of the thesis deals with a literary research on corporate culture and human resource management, which aims to introduce the reader to the topic. The methodological part describes the creation of the questionnaire and the evaluation of the obtained data. At the same time, the ethical part of the work is also processed here. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire survey are presented mainly in the form of graphs and tables. At the end of the thesis, the main findings of the whole survey are summarized and the areas of corporate culture that the respondents considered to be the most problematic are listed.
