Abstract:
V naší práci jsme měřili srdeční frekvenci v tenisovém utkání mládeže. Intenzitu zatížení, kterou jsme u měřené hráčky zjistili, hodnotíme jako velmi vysokou a i pro odbornou veřejnost velmi překvapivou. Naší prací bychom rádi přispěli široké veřejnosti zabývající se přístupem k mládeži v tenise, ke zkvalitnění přístupu ke sportovnímu tréninku a všem aspektům, které s ním souvisí nebo se na něj váží …more
Abstract:
In our work we had been measuring a heart rate during youth tennis match. Intensity of loading we have found on measured player is, in our opinion, very high and surprising for whole tennis public. With our work we want to help all people around youth tennis upgrade their skills with all aspects of sport training and sport life.
