Photo and thermoinduced effects in Ge\dindex{40}S\dindex{30}Se\dindex{30} thin films
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou chalkogenidového skla o složení Ge40S30Se30 a přípravou jeho tenkých vrstev metodou vakuového napařování. Dále jsou studovány změny struktury a optických vlastností tenkých vrstev tohoto skla při jejich expozici a temperaci a vliv okolní atmosféry při těchto jevech.
Abstract:
This work deals with the preparation of Ge40S30Se30 chalcogenide glass and the preparation of its thin amorphous layers by vacuum thermal evaporation method. The photo and thermo induced effects on the optical properties and the structure of thin layers were studied as well as the influence of ambient atmosphere during these treatments.
