Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje motivací zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na několik kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru, která se dělí na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části je vysvětlen termín motivace, motiv a stimulace. Dále jsou uvedeny lidské potřeby, odměny a motivační program v zaměstnání.
