Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou oddlužení fyzických osob. Práce obsahuje popis průběhu oddlužení s důrazem na analýzu požadované míry uspokojení věřitele, jakožto nezbytného předpokladu pro splnění oddlužení. This bachelor thesis deals with issues of discharge from debts of natural persons. The thesis includes a description of the course of a discharge from debts with emphasis on the analysis of the required extent of satisfaction of creditor as an essential precondition for a successful discharge of debts.
