Monitoring of thrombin generation in patients treated with coumadins by thrombin generation assay
Abstract:
Trombin generační test je funkční test hemokoagulačního systému. Měří krvácivou i trombotickou tendenci a je používán k měření odchylek v generaci trombinu. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na využití tohoto testu při monitorování léčby kumarinovými preparáty.
Abstract:
Thrombin generation assay is function test of haemostatic system. It measures bleeding and prothrombotic tendency and it is used for measurement of trombin generation variations. In my study I aimed for (focused on) the utilisation of this test for coumarins treatment monitoring.
