Options for Assessing the Transparency of Food Quality
Abstract:
Uvedená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnoty kvality potravin. Popisuje způsoby, pomocí kterých je spotřebitel schopen se zorientovat ve složení a kvalitě potravin. Při zpracování mé bakalářské práce vycházím z teoretických poznatků, z dat předvýzkumu, komparace německých a českých spotřebitelů a porovnání tuzemských a německých potravin.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the values of food quality. It describes ways in which the consumer is able to orient himself in the composition and quality of food. During the preparation of my bachelor thesis I draw on theoretical knowledge, from the data of the pre-research, comparison of German and Czech consumers and comparison of domestic and German groceries.
