Práce se zabývá tématem informační bezpečnosti a jeho popisu na případě konkrétní bankovní instituce s ohledem na uznávané normy a platnou legislativu. Dále jsou analyzovány procesy řízení informační bezpečnosti a jsou reflektovány z pohledu nově platné legislativy ve formě zákona č. 181/2014 Sb. a jeho prováděcí vyhlášky č. 163/2014 Sb..
