Postpenitentiary care in the Nová šance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postpenitenciární péči s osobami po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části se píše o postupech a cílech práce během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, a také o postpenitenciární péči. Dále jsou zde popsány metody práce s klientem po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, kterými se řídí sociální pracovníci. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat obsah a způsob postpenitenciární péče v organizaci Nová šance. V aplikační části bakalářské práce se věnuji analýze projektu Nová šance. Projekt je zaměřen na postpenitenciární péči pro lidi propuštěné z výkonu trestu v rámci města Ostravy. Cílem mé aplikační části je analyzovat obsah a způsob postpenitenciární péče uplatňovaný v projektu Nová šance pro integraci osob po návratu z výkonu trestu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with post-penitentiary care with persons after imprisonment. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and application part. The theoretical part describes the procedures and aims of the work during the execution of imprisonment and post-penitentiary care. There are also described the methods of working with the client after the execution of imprisonment by social workers. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the content and the way of post-penitentiary care in the Nová šance organization. In the application part of the bachelor thesis, I deal with the analysis of the project Nová šance. The project focuses on post-penitentiary care for people released from prison within the city of Ostrava. The aim of my application part is to analyse the content and the way of post-penitentiary care applied in the project "Nová šance for Integration of Persons after returning from the punishment."
