Aggressive Practices in Unfair Competition
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje agresivním praktikám v nekalé soutěži. Jsou zde zmíněny nejběžnější a nejvýznamnější´agresivní praktiky a to hlavně z prostředí reklamy a internetu. Pro názornost je práce doplněna příklady z praxe a klíčovou tuzemskou i zahraniční judikaturou.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with aggressive practices in unfair competition. There are mentioned the most common and most important of them, mainly from advertising and the Internet. The thesis is supplemented by examples of practice and key domestic and foreign case law to illustrate.
