Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku a návrhy na změny systému vzdělávaní. První část práce obsahuje poznatky z řízení lidských zdrojů, firemního vzdělávání a charakteristiky metod vzdělávání zpracované pomocí odborné literatury.
