Diplomová práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zmiňuje o anatomii rohovky a jejích ektáziích. Následuje popis keratokonu, jeho dělení a možnosti léčby. V další kapitole se pojednává o kontrastní citlivosti, testech na měření kontrastní citlivosti a dále nemocech, které se podílejí na jejím zhoršení. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part refers to the anatomy of the cornea and its ectasia. Then follows a description of keratoconus, with its division and treatment options. The next chapter discusses the contrast sensitivity tests used for measuring of contrast sensitivity and diseases that contribute to the deterioration.
