Diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený přehled právních záruk zákonnosti ve veřejné správě. V úvodní kapitole je obecně definován pojem záruk zákonnosti, další část práce je věnována podrobnější charakteristice jednotlivých druhů záruk zákonnosti, jejich právní úpravě včetně zhodnocení jejich vlivu na činnost veřejné správy.
