Tématem této diplomové práce je daň z příjmů právnických osob v rámci Evropské unie. Nejprve se věnuji vysvětlení základních pojmů týkající se daně z příjmů, co se zahrnuje do základu daně, jak se postupuje při výpočtu daně a v neposlední řadě také co je odložená a splatná daň z příjmů právnických osob. The topic of this diploma thesis is income taxes of legal entities within European Union. At first I explain the basic terms relevant to Income taxes, what does tax base include, how to proceed when calculating tax, and last but not least what is deferred tax and what is tax obligation.
