Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tišení pooperačních bolestí, spokojenost pacientů s jejich léčbou bolesti a faktory, které ovlivňují spokojenost pacienta. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů pro pochopení bolesti, její zvládání a možnosti léčby. Rešeršní část se zabývá posouzením spokojenosti pacientů s tišením pooperační bolesti a jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich spokojenost. Pro získání informací do rešeršní části byla využita metoda literární rešerše. Studie pro literární rešerši byly vyhledány v zahraniční databázi Web of Science.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the postoperative pain, patients satisfaction with their pain treatment and factors that affect patients satisfaction. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the basic concepts for understanding pain, it's management and their treatment options. The practical part deals with the assessment of patient's satisfaction with the postoperative pain relief and what other factors affect their satisfaction. The method of literary research was used to obtain information in the practical part. Studies for literary research were searched in the foreign web of science database.
