Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit do jaké míry se syndrom vyhoření dotýká učitelů anglického jazyka na českých středních školách a jaké faktory přispívají k rozvinutí syndromu vyhoření. The research aimed to determine to what extent burnout syndrome affects Czech EFL high school teachers and what factors contribute to the development of burnout syndrome.
