Předmětem této diplomové práce je likvidace pojistných událostí. První část práce se zabývá pojišťovací činností pojišťovny a popisuje její součásti. Následně je charakterizován proces likvidace pojistných událostí a jeho jednotlivé kroky. V druhé části je analyzována likvidace podle pojistných podmínek u vybraných pojišťoven. The subject of the diploma thesis is liquidation of insured event. The first part deals with insurance activities and describes its components. Afterwards the process of liquidation of insured event and its single steps are characterized.
