Diplomová práce se zabývala analýzou onboardingového procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce byla identifikace potřeb zaměstnanců v oblasti adaptace a zmapování faktorů ovlivňující účinnost onboardingového programu. The thesis analyzed the onboarding process in a selected company. The aim of the thesis was to identify the needs of employees in the area of adaptation and to map the factors influencing the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
