Bakalářská práce se věnuje systému zajištění bezpečnosti práce s dětmi v organizaci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci s dětmi, zaměřuje se podrobněji na danou pracovní pozici a metody analýzy rizik, které budou využity v praktické části. The bachelor's thesis deals with the system of ensuring the safety of work with children in the organization. The theoretical part deals with occupational safety and health of children, focusing in detail on the job and risk analysis methods that will be used in the practical part.
