Abstract:
Práce se zabývá controllingem ve společnosti CZ LOKO, a.s. Popisuje stav před zavedením nového systému FIMIS a v době zavedení systému. V práci jsou navrženy návrhy na vylepšení samotného systému, ale i na celý controlling ve společnosti.
Abstract:
The theses focuses on the controlling processes in CZ LOKO corporation. It analyses the situation both before and during the implementation of the new controlling system called FIMIS. In the theses, suggestions for improvement not only of the system itself but also of the controlling processes within the whole company are outlined.
