Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami pro získání práva legálně nakládat se zbraněmi a střelivem podle zákona č. 119/2002 Sb., o střelných zbraních a střelivu, kdy jsou rozvinuty podmínky pro nabývání a držení zbraně, které musí žadatel splnit pro získání povolení k držení a nakládání se zbraněmi a střelivem, popsány jsou i pravidla střelby, která kladou důraz na správné a bezpečné zacházení se zbraněmi …more
