Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je především získat cenné informace od studentů navazujících magisterských studií Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze, které bude moci společnost Staropramen následně efektivně využít ke zlepšení inzerce svého Trainee Programu. Ke splnění tohoto cíle jsem zvolila metodu dotazníkového šetření. V teoretické části přiblížím studentům možnosti a jednotlivé metody procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a krátce popíši pojem: "Vzdělávací a rozvojové programy pro absolventy" neboli Trainee Programy. V praktické části studenty seznámím se společností Staropramen a zejména s jejich Trainee Programem. Studenti si tak budou moci vytvořit vlastní představu o náročnosti výběrového řízení a o průběhu tohoto konkrétního Trainee Programu. Tato část dále obsahuje výsledky jednotlivých otázek dotazníkového šetření, potvrzení či vyvrácení předem stanovených hypotéz a následné doporučení pro společnost Staropramen.

Abstract:

The main goal of my thesis is to gain valuable information from master's degree students at the University of Economics, Prague, which the company Staropramen will be able to use effectively for better advertising their Trainee Program. To meet this goal, I chose the method of the survey. In theoretical part, I introduce the opportunity and particular methods of process of recruitment and selection of employee to the students and I briefly describe the term "Training and development programs for graduates" or Trainee Programs. In practical part, I will give information about Staropramen and especially about their Trainee Program to the students. The students will be able to create their own opinion on the difficulty of the selection procedure and the progress of this particular Trainee Program. This section also contains the result of each questions of the survey, confirming or refuting the previously defined hypotheses, and final recommendation for the company Staropramen.
