Prognóza základních finančních ukazatelů nově založené firmy

Abstract:

Tato kvalifikační práce je věnovaná zpracování podnikatelského plánu s podrobnějším zaměřením na krátkodobé finanční plánování a následné vyhodnocení budoucího vývoje nově založené firmy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z teoreticko-metodické a aplikační. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy a definice spojené se začátkem podnikání, podnikatelským rozpočtem, účetními výkazy a finanční analýzou. Metodická část vytyčuje metody použité v této práci, kterými jsou dotazníkové šetření, zpracování a vyhodnocení dat. Aplikační část je rozdělena do tří základních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá všeobecnými informacemi o založeném podniku, v druhé části je zpracovaný finanční plán a třetí část vyhodnocuje výsledky základních finančních ukazatelů v komparaci s hodnotami finančních ukazatelů konkurenční firmy, ze kterých vyplývá konkurenceschopnost nově založené firmy. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány získané výsledky a následně navrhnutá opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the elaboration of a business plan with a detailed focus on the short term financial planning and the evaluation of the future development of the newly founded company. This work consists of two parts, namely theoretical-methodical and application part. The theoretical part contains the basic terms and definitions associated with the beginning of the business itself, business budget, financial statements and financial analysis. The methodical part describes the methods used in this dissertation work and that is the questionnaire research, processing and data evaluation. The application part is divided into 3 basic chapters. The first chapter is focused on general information about the established company, the financial plan is processed in the second chapter and the third chapter evaluates the results of the basic financial indicators in comparison with the values of the financial indicators of a competitive business and according to that we can find out the competitiveness of the newly founded company.In conclusion, there are discussed all the obtained results and suggested measures.
