Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu pracovní spokojenost. Cílem je po-soudit úroveň pracovní spokojenosti pracovníků českých organizací a určit socio-demografické faktory, které pracovní spokojenost nejvíce ovlivňují. The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of Job Satisfaction. The aim is to judge the level of job satisfaction of workers in Czech organisations and determine the socio-demographic factors that influence job satisfaction the most.
